Complete renovation of a house in Belair including extension, interior fitting and custom furniture. Ambitious project executed from foundations to finishes, with preliminary 3D design, high-performance insulation and integrated furniture. A total transformation that created a modern, functional and personalized living space.
The Challenge
Execute a complete renovation from the ground up, coordinating all trades: demolition, structure, insulation, interior finishes, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and custom furniture manufacturing. The challenge was to respect contractual deadlines while guaranteeing impeccable quality at every stage.
Our Solution
Photorealistic 3D design upfront to validate every detail before work. Construction from foundations with solid structure and high-performance thermal/acoustic insulation. The interior finishes were the centerpiece, integrating custom LED lighting solutions, decorative wood slat wall coverings, and biophilic elements (stabilized moss wall). The integration of high-end custom furniture (kitchen, TV unit, central island) was manufactured in our workshops. One single contact to manage the entire project from A to Z.
