The Challenge
Execute a complete transformation of both the exterior envelope and interior layout: structural extension, roof structure modification to create modern rooflines, complete exterior insulation, creation of a contemporary facade, interior demolition to create open spaces, and coordination of all trades including manufacturing and installation of custom furniture and kitchen.
Our Solution
Roof structure modification to create modern flat and slanted rooflines. Installation of complete exterior insulation to meet modern energy efficiency standards. Creation of a contemporary facade with dominant white finish and contrasting dark grey/black accents. Careful interior demolition to create bright open-plan living spaces with high vaulted ceilings.
