Your data is processed to respond to your quote requests or enquiries (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, for contract management (performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Retention Period
Contact form data is retained for 3 years from the last contact. Contract-related data is retained for 10 years in accordance with Luxembourg legal obligations.
5. Recipients
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be passed to our technical service providers (hosting, email) solely for the purpose of providing services, subject to appropriate contractual guarantees.
