Case studies completed in Luxembourg
Explore a curated selection of renovation, extension and loft conversion case studies from 150+ projects completed in Luxembourg.
Every card gives the commune, the year, the floor area and the actual duration of the works. No 3D render presented as a photograph of a finished job.
How to read a case study
Four figures at the top of each card: the commune, the year, the floor area and the duration. The duration is the duration of the works, not of the project — the commune's processing time for an autorisation de bâtir is not counted in it, deliberately, because it does not depend on us.
Compare at equal floor area rather than at equal budget. Two 40 m² extensions, in Bélair and in Weiler-la-Tour, took fourteen and twenty-four weeks. The difference comes from site access and structural work on the existing building, not from size.
Where we work
Terrexo Construct works in Luxembourg. In the city: Bélair, Limpertsberg, Merl, Gasperich, Bonnevoie, Hamm. Around it: Bridel, Walferdange, Sandweiler, Bettembourg, Dalheim, Peppange, Weiler-la-Tour.
The workshop is at 182 rue de Beggen. That is where the made-to-measure joinery for the projects shown here is built: kitchens, wardrobes, vanity units, bookcases.
The three families of project each link to their own service page: full renovation, extension and storey addition, loft conversion.
Frequently asked questions
Are the durations shown the real ones?
Yes: these are the construction durations recorded on site, from strip-out to handover. Where an autorisation de bâtir was needed, the commune's processing time is not included.
Can we visit a site in progress?
Depending on the client's agreement and how far the work has got, sometimes yes. Ask at the site visit: seeing a project halfway through tells you more than a photograph of the finished thing.
Is this everything you have built?
No. This page is a selection of case studies, drawn from more than 150 projects delivered in eight years. If you want to see something closer to your own project, ask at the site visit.
