Located in the rapidly expanding Gasperich district close to the Cloche d'Or financial hub, this 95 m² apartment offered strong structural proportions but suffered from an outdated, fragmented floor plan. The client commissioned a comprehensive turnkey transformation combining contemporary luxury aesthetics, streamlined functionality, and disciplined budget execution.

Spatial restructuring and fluid open-concept living
The original layout was reconfigured by removing narrow hallway partitions and merging the kitchen into the main lounge. This established a dual-aspect open-plan living and dining hub with uninterrupted natural daylight. Floor-to-ceiling flush-fit internal doors with concealed hinges reinforce the clean, minimalist architectural aesthetic.
Custom architectural joinery and integrated storage solutions
To maximize usable floor area without visual clutter, our in-house workshop fabricated floor-to-ceiling built-in joinery: an entrance cloakroom with backlit decorative alcoves, a floating media unit concealing all AV cabling, and a custom wardrobe with an integrated fold-out home workstation in the guest room.
Designer kitchen and spa-inspired shower room
The kitchen was installed as an architectural centerpiece, pairing handleless matte-finish cabinetry with hardwearing composite quartz countertops and integrated A-rated appliances. The bathroom was transformed with an expansive walk-in wetroom shower, a mineral-composite shower tray, matte-black thermostatic brassware, and an anti-fog illuminated mirror.
Complete MEP refurbishment and strict budget governance
Electrical and plumbing systems were completely renewed with modern safety compliant consumer units and zoned lighting scenes. Through transparent itemized quotation and rigorous procurement management, the project was delivered exactly on budget with zero cost overruns.
