Located in a prestigious residential building on the Limpertsberg plateau in Luxembourg City, this 90 m² apartment featured a compartmentalised 1980s layout with limited natural light. The client required a complete high-specification interior overhaul under a strict non-negotiable delivery timeline of just six weeks between vacant possession and move-in.

Partition removal and creation of an open-plan dual-aspect living area
Demolishing the partition between the original kitchen and living area created a light-filled 45 m² open-plan living and dining hub. A bespoke steel-framed interior glass partition (verrière) was installed in the entrance hall to define the entry zone while preserving open sightlines and natural light transmission.
Complete MEP infrastructure upgrade and compliance certification
The electrical infrastructure was completely renewed to meet strict modern standards, incorporating flush switches, dimmable architectural downlights, and a new certified distribution board. All sanitary water supply and drainage networks were upgraded using acoustic-insulated multilayer piping to eliminate water movement noise.
Walk-in wetroom bathroom and custom oak joinery
The outdated bathroom was re-engineered into a contemporary spa shower room. It features a flush walk-in wetroom floor with a linear drainage channel, concealed matte-black thermostatic fittings, large-format stoneware tiles, and a custom floating natural oak vanity unit crafted in the Terrexo workshop.

Executing work in a dense residential apartment building required strict acoustic controls, protected communal areas, and external hoist logistics for debris disposal and material loading. A day-by-day milestone schedule ensured zero handover delays and pristine finish quality.
