This extension was built using a timber frame, offering a particularly effective solution in terms of thermal and energy performance. This construction method combined speed of execution, performance and seamless integration with the existing building.
Added space and optimised volumes
40 m² of additional living space was added, fully integrated into the continuity of the home. This new area significantly improves the comfort and functionality of the living spaces.
A privileged outdoor space
Alongside the extension, a terrace was created, offering a generous connection to the outdoors with open views. This space becomes a natural continuation of the home into the exterior.
The project combines thermal performance, structural lightness and quality of life, delivering added value both functionally and aesthetically to the entire dwelling.
